Pearls & Portraits Eve Maxi Red Dress
Red is one of those colours that I don't wear much (I've been wearing it more often these days) but when I do, I just feel so good. That goes for red lipstick as well. Nicely applied makeup topped up with red lips on a day when you're not feeling so cute? Instant facelift. Red dress or red suit for a night out when you want to make a statement? Instant showstopper. I guess seeing red is mood altering in more ways than one. (Yes, I went there. Punch me).
The best thing about this red dress from Pearls & Portraits is that it does all the work for you. I chose not to accessorize and just let the dress do it's thing. Red lips, single strap black heels, and straight out of the door.

Regal location. The dress is showstopping indeed. On the first look, I felt a little uneasy about it because I am not used to seeing a lot of red around this season. Not to talk of red with very detailed printing. However, I love your take on it. Perhaps, I might have substituted the bun for a Beyonce “Get Me Bodied” esque ponytail but you let the dress do all the talking and did not overwhelm it. Great job!
