I was underwhelmed by Alexander Wang's A/W '13 collection. Not because it wasn't good, just because the SS '13 collection completely blew it out the park, and to be fair, it would have been extremely difficult to top that in the following season.
I fell completely in love with the sandals in this collection, especially the white tall Aline sandals (middle) and made it my mission to own them. During my trip to Miami last month, I went to the Webster in search of them where I was told that they hadn't received the collection yet and they wouldn't be buying the tall Aline sandals because the strap at the back of the shoe going up the leg doesn't sit properly.
I decided to forget about them but since seeing them arrive on various websites in the past few days, I can't help but want them all over again! I'm currently being restrained by the fact that I can't find the white pair on any American websites at the moment and shopping Alexander Wang in England is equivalent to throwing your money down the bin- it is sometimes almost double the price!
