I have a strong attachment to life-changing things: life-changing literature, songs, people, whatever. I romanticise life's defining moments- all the first times, all the last times, and all the moments that change your life forever.
I first read about The Defining Decade in Elle magazine last year and I knew it was a book that I had to read. If you're about to be in your 20's and you want to be very prepared, or you're in your 20's trying to find your way, or maybe you're in your 30's and you feel that you embarked on your path to success a little too late- you need to read this book. It will definitely change your outlook. I'm a very ambitious person who realizes the importance of starting early and not wasting away my 20's, but I still learnt so much.
