With a Checked Jacket and Leather
The more the merrier. The pairing of a checked shirt with a checked jacket adds instant ‘fashion’ to your look. People think you’re super stylish and know what you’re doing, even though you don’t- you just threw a jacket over a shirt. Leave some buttons undone if it’s not cold, and you have a flat chest. It’s called the A-B cup priviledge. Grey clouds, silver linings etc. Just kidding, I love my boobs or the lack of them.
Here, I am wearing a Topshop checked shirt, H&M jacket, Mango leather trousers, Jacquemus bag and Y-project shoes.
With Jeans
Straight leg jeans also make you look cooler than you actually are. Elevate the jeans with heels or keep it simple with flats or boots. Either way, you win.
Here, I am wearing a Topshop checked shirt, Topshop straight leg jeans, Florian London bag, Elizabeth & James white pumps.
With a Skirt
If you’re a skirt girl, pair it with an assymetric skirt to add a bit of structure to the look and also still keep it cool. Single earring preferred but not mandatory.
Here, I am wearing a Topshop checked shirt, Cameo skirt, Casadei pumps and a Gucci belt bag without the belt. Resourceful.
Over a Checked Dress
My favourite look of them all- what a party. I threw on the shirt over this topshop dress not expecting it to work, and, it did. It’s nice when good things happen to good people.
Here, I am wearing a Topshop checked shirt, Topshop dress, Y-project heels.
With Peg Leg Trousers
Sometimes, you just want ultimate slouch.
