Hey my lovelies!
It’s mother’s day today (not in the US, so don’t have a panic attack if you’re an American reader) so I’d like to wish all the mothers out there a very happy mother’s day! Mothers are the strongest, most beautiful people in the world and many of you manage to do the most impossible things efortlessly, you deserve the best.
To all the special women in my life, hope you’re having a great day and to my mummy, my bestfriend, my twin, my sister, my baby lady, my superwoman, the one to whom nothing is impossible, you have never ever let me down, you continue to show me everyday that you are superhuman, always there for us, going over and above your duties as mummy. Choosing Prescription Glasses You Actually Like

Hey lovelies!
I know a lot of people don’t like their prescripted glasses so opt for contacts or if like me, just don’t wear them at all. If you fall into this category, this post is for you. A couple weeks ago I decided to ditch the stress headaches from not wearing my glasses and go for some glasses I actually dig, so ofcourse my love affair with cat-eye frames continues and here are some pictures.

This is such cheap and cheerful way to look that extra bit chic at work, if like me you can’t be bothered with make-up for work or school in the mornings, it’s a nice way to give your look a little edge. The ‘before’ glasses literally were the nicest pair in Specsavers when I got them and way more expensive than the ‘after’ pair. The ‘after’ cat-eye glasses were only £12 from ASOS and then putting my prescription lenses in them only cost £39 at Specsavers. Now I can actually be proud to wear my glasses and feel like I’m staying true to my look in them .

For a very long time, I’ve felt like documenting many things I love and that interest me in life like fashion, poetry, travelling, pictures and generally life as I see it! I decided what better time to actually get it going than the New Year and threw it in with all my other resolutions, so here I am! I plan and hope to update this blog regularly and would love to see it evolve into some little space of what inspires me. I would love to say ”Happy New Year to all my lovely followers” but that would be a joke as I don’t have any! Haha! What this blog would look like when I look back in a year, I wonder….!
